Thai Legal Framework

Medical cannabis in Thailand is regulated under national legislation governing controlled substances and medical use.
Under this framework:

  • Activities are limited to medical, research, and approved industrial purposes

  • Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) (where applicable)

  • Good Agricultural and Collection Practices (GACP)

These standards support product consistency, traceability, and compliance across regulated supply chains.

Export & Partner Compliance
